Minimum age limit to purchase alcoholic beverages?:

It is a law requirement in Singapore that you must be 18 years old and above to purchase alcohol, as such the same rule applies when shopping in our store.

We reserve the rights to request for and check your photo ID when you self-collect or receive your delivery.

Vinothek leopold (wine shop)?:

You can visit us at Vinothek Leopold at 15 Lorong Telok, Singapore 049028 to purchase goods right at the spot. Payment can be done at our outlet directly in cash, visa, amex, and mastercard.

Monday: CLOSED

Tuesday to Friday:  12.00pm to 10.30pm

Saturday: :12.00pm to 10.30pm

Sunday: 12.00pm to 2.30pm

(no alcohol take away after 10.30pm as per law)

Delivery charges?:

We provide FREE DELIVERY for purchase above SGD 200.

If your order falls below SGD 200, a SGD 15 delivery charge is applicable.

Delivery time?:

Tuesday – Friday: 2:00pm to 6:00pm within 1-3 working days

We do not deliver on weekends and public holidays

Discount?:

Product on special discount will not be applicable for further discount using coupon code, unless stated.

Return / exchange policy?:

At vinothekleopold.com, we take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. We strongly advise that you check your purchase before signing of receipt to avoid any form of unnecessary disputes.

Returns or exchanges may only be acceptable based on manufacturer’s defects. If you have a defect in product or quality, you must notify us at vinothek (at) leopold (dot) sg on the same day of receipt of goods.

For corked bottles please note that the exchange of this bottles can only be done at our wine shop at 15 Lorong Telok, Singapore 049028 within one week of purchase or can be picked up / delivered for a fee of SGD 20.
