Made out of Chardonnay, this Franciacorta pours a beautiful, soft straw-yellow color accented by delicate greenish reflections. It has a lively, energetic effervescence featuring an exceptionally fine and persistent perlage.

The bouquet is encompassing and rich, leading with crisp notes of yellow apple, lemon zest, and fresh pear. Because it spends a minimum of 24 months aging on the lees, it carries distinct, elegant undertones of toasted brioche, yeasty bread crust, and subtle toasted hazelnuts.

The palate is dry, velvety, and medium-bodied. It strikes an approachable balance, presenting a smooth, soft texture paired with medium, refreshing acidity that clean up the palate nicely.
