Old Plum Schnaps, Distillery Farthofer, Austria 350ml

The Mostviertel house plums is harvested by hand without the stem. The pits are removed gently, so that the pure and intense flavor of the plum remains. The plum mash is fermented under temperature control. After distillation the spirit is adjusted to a cask strength of 60 -percent alcohol, and then matures for a year in an oak cask.
